Biography

Dr. Tim Mikhelashvili is a senior thought leader in the pharmaceutical industry with a post-doctoral fellowship in Medical Education and Scientific Publications. He is dedicating his career to improving healthcare quality, continuity, and innovation, with a focus on deep learning approaches to longevity research. Tim has 17 years of experience in the Medical Affairs division of the pharmaceutical industry, and is the CEO and Co-Founder of Amedea Pharma, Inc., a data analytics and organizational change consulting company. He has an MIT certification in leading organizational change and volunteers as the Chair of the Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) Global Mentorship Program. He is an advisor of Sorcero, a natural language intelligence company for life sciences. As the host of the Alloutcoach podcast, Tim has built a global leadership platform deeply rooted in sportsmanship and science aimed at transcending differences among people and extending the boundaries of their roles and responsibilities.
